We are followers of Jesus Christ living in joyful, loving fellowship within his Catholic Church through the Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter.
The usual Wednesday 7:00 p.m. Mass will be a Requiem Mass on Nov. 18.
The Holy Sacrifice will be offered for all the faithful departed, especially those of St Alban’s and the recently deceased. Anyone whose name is already in the Book of the Departed will be remembered.
If you have a friend or family member to add to our prayers, please use [email protected], or submit them here on our website, or call us at 585-484-1827. We will continue to have Requiem Masses about once per month, depending on the liturgical calendar. This is an ancient pious practice, and a spiritual work of mercy.
St. Alban's has a weekly 7 PM Wednesday Divine Worship Mass celebrated by Fr. Nathan Davis at the St. Kateri-St. Cecilia church where St. Alban's is co-located. Confession is 6:30 - 6:45 PM in the back of church.
Cor ad Cor, a study series on St. John Henry Newman's sermons, follows immediately after Mass (approx. 7:30 pm).
St. Alban's Catholic Church is a parish community of the Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter, a Catholic diocese with Anglican traditions founded by the pope.
St. Alban's Divine Worship Mass is Mass celebrated according to the Divine Worship missal approved by Pope Francis in 2015 for Catholic worship in the Ordinariate.
All Catholics who have fasted one hour and are conscious of no unconfessed mortal sin on their soul, may receive Holy Communion. Catholics who are not able to approach Holy Communion at this time, or our brother and sister Christians who are not yet in full communion with the Catholic Church, are invited to make a spiritual communion instead, and receive a blessing from the priest at the altar rail.
If you would like to request a Mass be offered for any persons, living or deceased, or if you would like St. Alban's to remember certain persons or intentions in the Prayers of the People at Mass, please email our parish priest at [email protected].
