St. Alban's has a 4:30 PM Saturday Vigil Mass at our interim location for worship: St. Nicholas the Wonderworker Melkite Greek Catholic Church (1492 Spencerport Rd., Rochester, N.Y. 14606).
St. Alban's Catholic Church is part of the Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter, a Catholic diocese with Anglican traditions founded by the pope.
We celebrate Divine Worship, the only Mass in traditional English approved by the pope for the Ordinariates. This Mass fulfills the Catholic Sunday obligation.
All Catholics who have fasted one hour and are conscious of no unconfessed mortal sins on their soul, may receive Holy Communion. Catholics who are not able to approach Holy Communion at this time, or our brother and sister Christians who are not yet in full communion with the Catholic Church, are invited to ask for a blessing from the priest instead.
If you would like St. Alban's to remember certain persons or intentions in the Prayers of the People at Mass, please send us a message with your request.
